NINscope
Open-source miniature microscope for neural imaging and optogenetics
NINscope is a lightweight, open-source miniature microscope designed for in vivo neural imaging in freely behaving animals. In addition to calcium imaging, NINscope supports integrated optogenetic stimulation and inertial sensing, enabling simultaneous recording and manipulation of neural activity during behavior.
